“I’ve fitted the Viessmann Vitodens 100-W Open Vent 16kw in a traditional tenement flat recently, and it’s a great bit of kit. The installation was quick and hassle-free, which is always a bonus when working in older properties with tighter spaces.

Example, if there are 4 x 90 degree flue bends needed for the installation, the maximum horizontal flue length would be reduced to 6 metres and 6 metres in total for vertical flue installations.
0.5 metres needs to be deducted off the total flue length.
Example, if there are 2 x 45 degree flue bends needed for the installation, the maximum horizontal flue length would be reduced to 9.0 metres and 9 metres in total for vertical flue installations.
