When you book via our online form, you’ll receive instant notification of your slot (morning 8am – 12pm, or afternoon 1pm – 5pm). On the day, you’ll be able to track your engineer straight to your door, so you won’t have to wait around. Problem? We’re only ever a phone call away.
Our friendly Edinburgh plumbing and heating engineers will always take the time to explain why we’re recommending a solution, and why it’s the right one for you. We’ll also happily answer any questions you have, and provide you with helpful tips and advice.
When you get a quote from an engineer, you always want to know exactly what you’re paying for. That’s why we provide a detailed breakdown of the costs involved, and, where applicable, provide photographs of any parts that need to be repaired or replaced.
Worried about a new boiler installation or plumbing job leaving a mess behind? Our team will always protect the area with dust sheets, and we promise we’ll always clean up after ourselves – so you know your home will be as tidy as when we found it.
You won’t have to worry about paying anything upfront; only when you’re happy with the job that’s been carried out. We can usually take payment over the phone upon job completion, but we also accept bank transfers (no cheques).

As a customer, you’ll receive an email 30 days’ prior to your boiler service, allowing you to confirm, reschedule or cancel your booking. You’ll also get an email reminder one week before (if you’re a property manager, click here). So, you can relax – we’ve got you covered.
